DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

Currently, we do not have gift cards available for purchase. However, we do have promotional codes that you can use in the application or on the website to get discounts, free shipping, and other promotions.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can pay with credit or debit cards issued by Visa or MasterCard, regardless of the banking institution, or you can pay with PayPal.

When choosing to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal page where you will need to log in with your username and password to confirm your payment.

We also offer MercadoPago as a payment method. MercadoPago works as a virtual wallet that allows you to make payments and saves you time by avoiding paperwork.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

1. If you are not 100% satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return. Returns made more than 30 days after the date of receipt will not be accepted.

2. The return shipping costs are not free. You can choose a return method at your own expense, but we do not accept cash on delivery payments.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

1.Log in to WearInc (Website or app).
2. Go to your profile, then navigate to the "My Orders" section.
3. Select the order you wish to return.
4. Click on "Make a Return."
5. Choose the return method.
6. Select a shipping carrier and send the 7. package.
8. Wait for confirmation of receipt by WearInc.
9. Refund will be processed.
